Layer winding technology
The layer winding technique is a horizontal winding over several layers with high precision. The wire is wound around the workpiece using a wire guide that moves along the winding axis. Depending on the piece of wire and the area of application, this can be a normal winding or a special winding such as trapezoidal, layer stop or orthocyclic.
Our range extends from small, robust table-top machines (FW022/FW122...) to large, permanently mounted machines with a large winding width and solid tailstock (FW222-FW522)
FW 022 E&Z
